Multiple Response , why no multiple feedback?
Think about all the possible combinations of responses someone could select when answering a Multiple Response question. It's a lot even when there are just 4 options—and Storyline allows up to 10 options! That'd make programming feedback "by answer" quite complex. I assume the folks at Articulate decided it wasn't worth the effort, since most folks are probably content with just "Correct" or "Incorrect" feedback.
You can adjust the programming on a Multiple Response slide so it shows different feedback. Just use triggers with conditions based on which buttons the user selected and/or didn't select.
- That could be done by changing the state of the feedback text and/or other objects on the Incorrect layer.
- Or it could be done by automatically redirecting the program from the Incorrect layer to a custom layer.
