New in Rise 360: AI-Generated Captions (Beta)

We’re thrilled to introduce a new way to make your Rise 360 content more accessible with less effort. You can now generate closed captions for course videos with AI Assistant, saving time and effort while supporting learners of all abilities.

Whether you’re uploading a new video or working with existing media, AI Assistant can create captions automatically during upload or with a single click later. And if you want to make changes, the built-in captions editor makes it simple to fine-tune wording, timing, splits, merges, and more—all while previewing how your captions will appear in context. Check out the user guide to learn more.

Give Feedback

AI-generated captions are in beta, and we’d love your feedback. After generating captions, you can use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down option that appears in the lower-right corner to let us know how it went. You can also share your experience in the comments below. Happy captioning!

  • This is a great new feature! I have used this a bit now for a few videos and the accuracy is excellent (albeit I am using AI voice over on my uploaded videos, so that might be helping with the accuracy).

I have come across one issue though. So far my videos are only in English, with VO in UK English. The auto-generated caption language though seems to vary in the videos between en_UK, en_GB, en_Aus, en_NZ. I can't see any settings where I can control this. All these videos have the same AI voice over character, so I'm not sure what's prompting this auto language selection. Any suggestions or ways to fix will be helpful!
