New in Rise 360: Team Folders (Beta)
How do I see a comprehensive list of courses independent of what folder they are in? I created two courses yesterday and have no clue what folder they are in and have to search for them.

Hi there, McLeod Learning!
You can find all of your courses organized into the folders you assigned them to by clicking on My View. From there, you'll see the courses in your folder structure!
Why aren't the courses in the Personal section?
If you had collaborators on your courses, then those courses now reside in the Team section rather than the Personal section.
You will see these courses in the root directory of your Teams folder because they had a collaborator assigned to them.
Let us know if you're still having trouble locating your content!

Hi Crystal, this response doesn't address my question. I need to see a full list of courses without searching or browsing through folders. My View just pulls up folders and bookmarked courses.

What if I do not want the courses that were shared in the Team folder? I only intended for one other person to have access.

Hi there, Deborah! Do you see content in team folders that you didn't create? If so, you may have access to that content based on the permissions of that folder. If everyone on your team has permissions within a folder, any content placed in that folder will be available to everyone as a collaborator.
You can find more detail in this article about folder and content permissions. If you're still not seeing what you expect, let us know in a case, and we'll work toward a solution!

We have the same problem! Is there a way to get a full list of the content without searching for it or browsing through the folders?
