New on 360 . Too much silence in the beginning and words cut off at the end

There is too much silence in the start of the video and words get cut off at the end when you preview the entire project or have published it. If you click on previous,  the video plays perfectly fine with the audio and complete the sentences. It also happens when you have published it on SCORM. The problem is on the first slide. What could I be missing? Please assist.

    I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand your experience:

    • Are you publishing your course in video format, LMS, or web?
    • Can you replicate the behavior when you publish your course to Review 360?
    • Does the behavior happen to all videos, regardless of their source? Or is the issue specific to a single video?
    • The words that get cut off, are these subtitles or actual text that you placed in the slide? 

    Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior?
