I have a few questions in order to better assist you:
- I'd like to confirm the keyboard shortcut your users are inputting when testing your course. Are they currently using Ctrl+Alt+. (period) to navigate to the next slide? If they are using a different key combination, please let me know what they have tried.
- Can you please check your Accessibility Controls in the bottom right corner of the player to see if your Keyboard shortcuts are toggled to on within your course?
