Persistent Installation Failure for Storyline 360
I have already opened a formal support ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community has encountered this specific issue before.
I am experiencing persistent errors when attempting to install Storyline 360 (with admin privileges) following a full reinstallation of the Articulate 360 suite. My initial issue was a broken shortcut error, which prompted a complete uninstall and cleanup. Despite running the official Articulate cleanup .bat file, restarting my machine, and verifying that I have the latest Visual C++ and .NET runtimes installed, I am still unable to complete the Storyline 360 installation.
I have attached screenshots showing the specific error details. I am under a tight deadline for a project due next week, so any advice or troubleshooting suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
