Player Font Issue
Team Member - Susan Thompson - Case # 00883947 has been working with Lianne as our entire team is seeing the font corrupted in the player title. I am attaching a lesson that shows incorrectly for all team members. We looked at a lesson from my computer using the April 2024 update - we saw no issues with the player font. When I updated to July's update, the issue showed up. I then switched back to the April update and there were no issues with the font.
Please take a look at this lesson so that we can know how to go forward. This is affecting all our developers.
it's a well known glitch - on publish storyline collects all letters used and creates a minimal woff-font for the navigation texts - the title is probably forgotten in this process
the fix is - add the char(s) with the problem (-> in your case 'H') to an interface text, which YOU don't use
