Play/pause issue on whole video screen
I've found that if the user clicks anywhere on the screen portion of the Player, each click functions as a toggle Play/Pause on the screen cast video, independent of the slide timeline. To prevent the click on screen, I placed the hotspot above the video in which user can not play/pause the video.
This fix is working fine in chrome but when we run the course in IE & Edge, it is generating issue. As soon as the video ends and we click on the screen then video play for a second.
Moreover, we have tried different approaches but nothing will work.
1. Placed the hotspot on the different layer.
2. Select the checkbox "prevent user to click on the base layer"
Please suggest and provide the solution. Its urgent.

Hi, Sumit,
I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a try. Instead of a hotspot, try covering the video with a rectangle. Fill the rectangle with any color, and set it to 100% transparency. Perhaps IE & Edge will recognize the HTML programming for a shape even though they apparently don't recognize the hotspot.
Good luck!
