PNG text appearing oddly

Hello,

We're using Rise360 to build a course, however for some reason on the Flashcards the PNGs we're using are converting the text away from the custom (Antenna) to a default text, but only on some computers.

Any ideas?

    Hi Kristopher! 

    Thanks for bringing this up -- it's certainly odd that font in a PNG image would change when the course is viewed on certain computers. I have a few questions to help me narrow this down:

    • Do you know what web browser was being used when the font appeared incorrectly? Was it one of these supported web browsers? (Internet Explorer is not a supported browser).
    • Is the course hosted on a learning management system, or are people viewing it from their local hard drive?
    • Are you able to share your course Share link with our team so we can test it from our side? If that works for you, you can send it our way through this Support Case form.

    Hi Alyssa-- thank you for following up!

    • We tried this on a handful of browsers and computers (Mac and PC). The odd results came through on a Mac and a PC using Chrome.
    • The course was being viewed in Review360.
    • I will send a share link.
