We don't recommend hosting long-term content in Review 360 since it is a collaboration tool for collecting feedback from stakeholders. It won't remember learner data so if a learner refreshes or exits the course, it won't remember their previous scoring.
If you are interested in tracking and reporting the learner's scores, then we would recommend using an LMS instead. If you have an active 360 Teams Subscription, then you have access to Reach 360, which is our own frictionless LMS. You can learn more about it here, Reach 360: FAQs.
