Quick report file help with Print Results page, please

Hello, 

I have been adjusting the report file to make the Print Results page appear a certain way. I'm almost finished, but I just would like to delete the top row in the table (image pasted below). Can anyone help with this, please? I attached my latest report file, published results, and Storyline source file in a zip.
