Problème Talentsoft / Rise

Bonjour,

Nous avons créé des formations e-learning sur Rise que nous avons exporté au format SCORM pour les uploader dans notre plateforme LMS TalentSoft. 

Apparemment nous avons un problème de remontée des unités d'apprentissage dans notre outil TalentSoft. 

Les résultats des e-learning ne s'affichent pas dans TalentSoft. 

Avez-vous des options à nous recommander pour que les résultats des quiz exportés depuis Rise s'affichent bien dans TalentSoft ?

    Bonjour,

    Êtes-vous parvenu à trouver une solution ? Nous avons le même problème pour nos quiz créés sur RISE360 ; pour certains nous parvenons à voir les résultats et pour d'autres non alors qu'ils ont les mêmes paramètres et types de questions.

    Hi Julie,

    I looked at the support case Simon filed, and it was recommended to enable LMS debug mode to confirm what information was being passed to the LMS as a next step. Here's an article that will walk you thru how to do that:
