Problem completing courses
Hi:
I have a problem with some users with courses in moodle.
In general all the users have close fine.
cmi.core.exit -
cmi.core.lesson_status - completed
But, a few percent of user when finished the course, after close, the course is:
cmi.core.exit - suspend
cmi.core.lesson_status - incomplete
and they don´t save a real cmi.core.total_data, usually has less time than real.
I can see, in the logs of moodle, that send a completed at the end, when they close de course. But I don't know why finally is incompleted again in moodle. In the logs this record don't appear.
Analyzing the logs, all the users to whom this happens are Android users.
Does anyone know a solution? or why does this happen?
Thanks

Hi MichelToyos-c2c!
Sorry to hear course completion isn't being reported accurately by Moodle LMS!
Is this a course you've built in Rise 360, or Storyline? Also, have you had a chance to test the published output in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud? Doing so can help pinpoint if this behavior is related to the course, or the LMS itself. If the same behavior cannot be reproduced in SCORM Cloud, I suggest connecting with your LMS administrator to see if something else could be getting in the way within Moodle.
However, if the same issue can be replicated in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Thank you StevenBanassi. I can't reproduced, it happend with some students and I saw in logs in moodle that this students access with Articulate.
We tried with Android but we couldt reproduced it. It happend with more or less 10% of our students.
We access with their users and inmediatly is completed. (It indicates that is something with their operating system, navegator...)
They are Storyline projects

it is likely it timed out, does your LMS logout after a specific time?

Hi PhilMayor:
We have an action in the last slide with the article accion Complete the course at the begining of the timeline. For that reason I think It is not problem of timed out in the LMS.I access with their user and inmediatly is completed.

But if it had timed out before they reached that slide it could be, when you are talking about small numbers, it is more likely the platform, the user or the course in that order.
