Problems with Survey Questions
Hello everybody.
I have a problem with my Survey questions. I created a few questions and a results slide at the end. Right after answering the first question, when clicking on advance to the next slide the player does not advance to the next slide. The questions quickly pass in sequence without you being able to answer them and just stop at the last question before the results slide. what could be happening? I send my Story file to help me. Thanks

Oi, Dimitrios, tudo bem?
Which version of Storyline 360 are you using? We had a bug reported in build 3.53.25436.0 where a Trigger to Jump to Next Slide when Timeline Starts automatically added when duplicating Survey Slides, but it was fixed with the last update.
I recommend updating Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app. In the meantime, you can hover over the red arrows in Story View and disconnect those automatic triggers.
I edited your file, and I'm attaching it here.
Let me know if this works!

Hi Maria, thanks so much for helping with my problem. I had to redo all my work creating survey questions one by one without duplicating them. That worked. I updated Storyline for the latest update. Now something is wrong with the Survey slide navigation. I need to submit responses to track on LMS. My structure has 2 scenes. And here the problem is occurring. I submit the question and have a trigger on the same button to send scene 2. But the Storyline gets lost and sends to another slide in the same scene. I can only make it work correctly when I remove the submit from the button. Can you help? I'm uploading the file.

Oi, Dimitrios!
Thank you for sharing your .story file!
I replicated the issue and noticed some odd hidden triggers in slides 1.3 and 1.4. While the workaround would be to jump directly to slide 2.1 instead of scene 2, I want to connect you with one of our support engineers, so I went ahead and opened a case on your behalf. You should hear from our team soon via e-mail.

Hi Maria, I got the feedback on the case you opened. Thanks for the help. I managed to solve the problem by separating each survey slide into a scene. I don't know if it was the right one, but it worked.

Do you know someone who can help me with another question I posted but didn't get an answer? It's about controlling the microphone using speech recognition. below my post.
Hello Dimitrios,
We don't provide support for JavaScript coding, so we do recommend posting for the community to chime in and help, which you've done.
