Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when trying to publish a Storyline course to Review 360! We don't have any current outages, but I'm happy to look into this issue with you!
- Does the error message appear when publishing a new course for the first time as well as a new version of an existing course?
- Have you tried using a different browser? Also, do you see that message on a particular browser or multiple ones?
