Publish course from Storyline to Review

Did this a couple of hours ago, but still messages says: This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.

I find several similar cases dating a few years back. Is there a known error at the moment or a solution?

    Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when trying to publish a Storyline course to Review 360! We don't have any current outages, but I'm happy to look into this issue with you!

    • Does the error message appear when publishing a new course for the first time as well as a new version of an existing course?
    • Have you tried using a different browser? Also, do you see that message on a particular browser or multiple ones?
