Publishing - external folder missing
Hi, Whenever I publish a folder to go to my LMS. The external folder is not showing up. Why? I am not doing anything different than in the past. Thank you for your help.

Great question! I understand that an external folder is not showing up after publishing your course to LMS. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a few follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Which version of Storyline are you using?
- Is this happening with more than one course or is this the only one?
- Are you missing the folder where your external documents are supposed to be saved? If so, here is a previous discussion with a possible solution.
- Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them. This will help minimize any unexpected behavior.

I am using Articulate 360. I am not working from the shared drive and I saw the previous discussion (will re-read). I just need the bottom line of why it is happening to me without reading several scenarios to figure this out. Time is of the essence.
