Quiz feedback in Rise
Is it possible to give specific feedback for correct or incorrect on a quiz question or is there only one available option for feedback?

Are you referring to the check mark that'll appear next to the correct answer shown here:
That sounds like a good idea to have the option to remove that as well, so I'll pass that along to our Product team!
