We have a quiz consisting of 60 questions we do not want the course to remain on the users profile if they fail therefore completion needs to be after viewing second page etc but for the user and or HR team we need the scores reported to our LMS.
Our current settings are attached however these current setting are skewing the results after 4 hours and reporting purely on the 1st questions results.
Please can you advise how we can fix this issue.

You mentioned observing the issue with the scores after leaving the course open for 4 hours - does it not happen if you complete the course immediately? Also, have you tried testing your course in another LMS to see if you can replicate the behavior there? There's a chance that this issue is LMS-specific, and testing in another environment can help verify this.
