Random Quiz Slide Errors
Hi team,
I have a course hosted on the WorkRamp LMS and there are 10 questions at the end. These are multiple choice, multiple answer, and drag and drop. They seem to work for the majority of learners, but I've had several reach out about one of the slide's getting stuck when they click 'submit'. There is no difference in the actual file and everything looks as expected when I check the file in Storyline. The latest issue is that one learner can't select any of the answer options (nor drag and drop answers where applicable).
Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?

Since this issue is only happening for a select number of users, it's likely related to the environment in which it's viewed, and not the file itself.
They may want to try using a different browser or clearing their cache. You can also pass on this article about troubleshooting LMS issues.
