I appreciate you testing your Rise course in SCORM Cloud, Mélyne! You are correct. Since the full-screen mode works on the testing platform, the behavior is specific to your LMS.
Please reach out to the Knowledge Place LMS administrator to help sort this out. A few settings may need to be tweaked to allow full-screen mode in their LMS. They may also need to enable debug mode in your published output to dig deeper into the issue.
