impossible to dwnload in LMS

I have the same problem with publishing course for Review (Rise 360), Few days ago there was no problems with this course. 

Can someone help me find the reason?

UPD: I found the solution. Problem was with size and/or name of cover page. I made some changes and publish gone successful
