Reset test-result after 3 years

dear all,

I have built an Articulate scorm package for a client, containing 5 e-learning modules and a test-section that only unlocks when all 5 modules are finished. The scorm package will run on Moodle.

Now the client has the following request: it is possible to build in a feature in the Scorm package, in the test section so that after three years, the package automatically resets the test-results of an individual achieved to zero in the Moodle system. 

And is it also possible to reset the finished state of the e-learning modules to zero, so the student needs to start all over again after three years?

I have no idea whether this can be arranged in the Scorm package itself, or that it should be done on Moodle? Can anyone help? many, many thanks in advance!
