restart action not resetting menu and seekbar.
Hi,
I am facing an issue with restart button action. if i click on the button the menu and seek bar was not resetting and if i close the course and relaunch its working fine. is this a tool bug or am i missing any thing?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Can I ask if you are referring to the restart button that is shown when a learner exits out of a course and then resumes their progress? If so, clicking this button should take the learner to the very beginning of the course.
If this isn't the behavior you're experiencing, I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify the issue:
- Is your course hosted on an LMS?
- Can you replicate the behavior when your course is published in Review 360?
- If you have a custom button, what is the trigger associated with it?
- Try testing your course in an LMS like SCORM Cloud, can you replicate the behavior there?
If the issue is happening regardless of where the course is tested, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Yes, the course was tested in Scorm cloud and can replicate the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot share the source files due to terms. i feel the same issue occurs if we do with sample package.
