Results Slides Not Showing Correct %

I am working on a bog project with over 25 scenes. In each scene I have knowledge checks with results slide that requires 100% for a passing score. However, the results are not showing up correctly. For example, I could get all the questions correct and still score a 23.333% I have comparted slides making sure all my triggers are set up the same. I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I have seen similar discussion issues from years ago but didn't find the fix. Please help.

    Thanks Kelly. I did eventually figure it out. The points on each answer were set by default. When I changed the points on each quiz question to total 100% the percentage result would display appropriately.
