Revert from freeform question to regular slide

I'm working on an activity that was built with a template that was based on a freeform question. The current activity doesn't require the functionality of a question.

Is there any way to revert back to a basic slide type used to display content? If so, what are the steps?

I have searched the help files. There's a lot on how to create a freeform question. But, it seems that it's a one-way trip. I hope that I won't have to manually copy everything to basic slides from the freeform questions.
