Review 360 - Can't use Comments column
We are having an issue. The Comments box in Review 360 activates like it is going to allow you to do something, but you can't type and the Post button is grayed out. We have confirmed proper Share Settings. We've had both registered and non-registered users have the same result, and we've tested in both Chrome and Edge. If it's multiple people, it's probably not a cache issue. We're using the Modern player, normal sized screens.

Sorry to hear you and your team are having trouble posting comments in Review 360!
In addition to the troubleshooting steps you've already tried, it would be helpful to know if using an incognito browser improves the behavior. Also, is the inability to post comments affecting all of your courses in Review 360, or just one in particular?
