I sent out a link to a few people under the 'share to anyone with the link' option. 3 people have told me they made several comments, only 2 comments from one person are showing. Why is this?
I've submitted a case but I need to get this sorted asap to meet deadline!!!

I checked your support case and noticed it's being handled by my colleague, Luiza. It looks like Luiza replied to your e-mail sharing insight into this behavior. For anyone else discovering this thread with a similar issue:
"I understand that some comments aren't displayed in your Review project. They may have been resolved. When comments are resolved, they disappear by default, but you can display them again by following the steps, here.
Another possibility is that they've been deleted.
