Review 360 in Rise - existing item
My apologies if this has been asked and answered, but i did try searching...
I am a named Course Manager on my content. Yesterday, 12/12/2024, i published a Review 360 of my Rise content, and shared the Review 360 link to stakeholders.
I have since been informed the content has now been updated, so i went to "re"-publish the Rise content today 13/12/2024, by selecting the Publish a new version of an existing item, to create an updated version, however my Review 360 is not there! This is an issue for me, as there were already a number of comments/feedback applied to the Version 1 in Review 360.
Any ideas? Thanks (in anticipation). Jennine

I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue. We're currently tracking a known bug in Review 360 that prevents a course manager from publishing a new version of an existing Review 360 item or viewing it. I've added this community post to the report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is released.
In the meantime, feel free to open a case with our support team here if you need help locating the Review 360 item you published.
