Rise 360 - SCORM File Getting Failed
Hi Team,
We have created a lessons in rise 360. when we trying to upload in our SuccessFactors it was showing as Failed status.

First, I recommend checking whether the SCORM file you’re uploading has the .zip extension.
If the issue persists, here are a few steps that can help narrow things down:
- To rule out a SuccessFactors issue, please upload your published course to SCORM Cloud and see if you get the same error.
- If the course gets uploaded successfully at SCORM Cloud, I recommend opening a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot further.
