Rise 360 compatibility with Browsers

Hi there, My rise course does not work well with IE browser. It seems okay with Google Chrome and Edge. Can you confirm the compatible browsers.

Thank you

The labelled graphic are not working.  It did not work with IE11. But it is okay. I am using Chrome or Edge. Just wanted to understand the compatibility.

If it doesn’t work in IE11 I would check if you are in compatibility mode.

  • Hello, Esra!

Are you using Internet Explorer 11 while authoring the Rise 360 course? If so, that browser isn't supported, so you'll want to use one of these browsers instead:

    • Google Chrome (latest version)—Best experience
    • Firefox (latest version)
    • Microsoft Edge (latest version)
    • Safari (latest version)
  • Same thing happened to me in Rise360--quiz would not score correctly. Deleted all of the questions and started over. (Tested a few at a time, just to make sure they worked).

Which browser and which LMS are you using?

  • My apologies Karl! This post was for another question--'Rise quiz not scoring properly'. I thought it may have been a browser issue (that's how I landed here) LOL. Anyway, I ended up deleting the questions and started over.  FYI: I used Edge and Chrome mostly, they work fine in Rise. Our LMS is Oracle.

  • That's great to hear, Pam! Thanks for the update! By the way, replying via email includes your signature with contact information in the public forum.  Feel free to edit your reply here

  • Yes, the questions scored correctly, just got the approval on the quiz and content from my SMEs!

Following up on this question someone posted a year ago. At this time, is Rise 360 output compatible with Edge IE? If it was authored in Chrome, but the course needs to work in Edge that goes to an IE compatible mode for the production site, what can be done? It is now showing blank screen when launched in Edge IE. Does someone know of a solution?

    Hi Karl,

Thanks, I saw that earlier and was hoping there might be a trick someone know of. As easy of switching off something, that was my hope! Or someone found a solution.....somehow.
