RISE 360: Role selector

Hi is there a way that you can create a RISE course that enables you to have two separate roles, e.g. Sales have one way through the course and Marketing would have another. I believe you could do this with Button Stack but if you kept the menu then each would be able to see the others menu - is that right? The only way would to be do it and hide the menu.

    An issue you need to consider is how you are going to determine course completion, as Rise only allows you to use a singe Quiz, 

  • Hi Cat! As Karl mentioned, creating two separate courses would be a simpler approach.

    If you want to try and keep both roles in the same course, there are creative ways you can use Rise 360 to set up branching lessons within a single course. 

    First, you'll want to disable the sidebar menu, since you don't want learners accessing every lesson inside the course.

    Next, use a button stack block to allow learners to branch to the appropriate lessons.
