Also encountering this problem. I've been trying to upload a medium quality 5 min video again and again. Tried suggestion of no spaces in file name and it did not work.
This issue should be resolved! Please let us know if you come across any issues with uploading videos to Rise 360.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. We're not seeing this issue reported by other users so there's a possibility that this is network-related.
