Rise 360 Video Upload Processing Error

We have a deadline to launch a course today and when trying to upload a video to our course in Rise 360, we are receiving the 'Processing Failed. Please check the file and try again. message.' We have tried multiple videos and multiple different courses and get the same error. HELP!

  • Also encountering this problem. I've been trying to upload a medium quality 5 min video again and again. Tried suggestion of no spaces in file name and it did not work.

This issue should be resolved! Please let us know if you come across any issues with uploading videos to Rise 360.

LaurenDuvallit appears that this issue is raising it's head again.  I am unable to post an MP4 video to Rise, after previously posting dozens.  Cleared cache, used incognito mode per CS suggestions to no avail...

  • We are just getting a straight Error message half the time and the processing error other times.

      Hi Kelsey,

Thank you for reaching out to our support team via a support case. I see that my colleague, McGem, has suggested possible solutions such as checking network stability, testing on a different network, and saving locally.

I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with him until we find a resolution.

Let's continue the conversation in your support case, but I'm happy to assist further as needed!

      Hello calmazan,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I did a test to see if there are any issues with this functionality, and I can confirm that I could upload a video file to a Rise 360 video block without encountering any delays or errors. Since the issue appears isolated, I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience.

      • Are you unable to upload any video file? Or is the behavior specific to one video file you are trying to upload? If the problem is file-specific, please share a copy of your video file here or privately by opening a support case so we can test it. We'll delete it when we're done!
      • If all uploads are affected, please check with your IT team if all the endpoints listed in this article have been added to your network's allowlist.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
