Rise AI-blocks are inserted at a random place

When I insert an AI created block using the buttons at the bottom, the generated block appears at a random place in my course.

This is only with the AI generated block. The AI image is placed at the bottom and also the other blocks.

    Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to replicate this behavior on my end. 

    • You mentioned this occurs when using the AI Generated Block. What type of block are you creating? I'm curious if you are experiencing this on only one block type or across all blocks created with AI. 
    • What browser are you using? Do you notice a difference if you switch browsers? 

     

    If the issue persists, I'd recommend clearing your cache to see if you notice any change. I'd be happy to assist you further in this thread or privately in a support case.

    Hi Luciana,

     

    I tried it with the "Paragraph" block and with the "Statement" block.

    I tried it again today and now it is acting normal again.

    Maybe it was a Windows issue on Friday...

    For the moment only the flashcards are still giving issues.

      Thanks for following up on this. I'm glad to hear some the paragraph and statement blocks are working as expected now. Did you try a different browser as Luciana suggested? Are you able to take a screen recording of what's happening with flashcards? You can share that here or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look at what's going on. We'll delete any files from our system after troubleshooting is completed.
