Rise AI Terms of Service

Hello,

Our Legal Department reviewed the Rise Terms of Service and noted that Section 2.6.3 states we cannot "mislead anyone that the Output or End Product generated by the AI Feature is human-generated." They advised that we must clearly indicate when content is generated by the Rise AI feature.  Legal says if I do not note it's AI generated that I am automatically making learners assume the content is human-generated.

How are you all handling this requirement? Are you including disclaimers on your courses? I always review and edit AI-generated content, so I'm unsure where the line is regarding this Terms of Service.  Thanks for your guidance.

We typically do not edit AI generated images, so in the caption field we state Generated by AI. So that's all neat and tidy.

We also use content text generated by AI, however we heavily edit AI generated text to meet our needs.

So at the start of the course we mention that some of the course content was created using AI, but that content was reviewed, validated, and edited by humans.
