Rise button block email not working on Chrome

Hi HELP! 

I use interactive buttons for email in most of my packages. All has been fine until last week doesn't work on Edge either.

Chrome is up to date
Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

 

Microsoft Edge
Version 101.0.1210.32 (Official build) (64-bit)

 

Rise 360

    Hi,

    I checked my button blocks that are set up for email, and they work both in Chrome and Edge.

    Hi Shilpa,

    I'm also not experiencing any issues when I tested a button block to send an email.  When I tested my share link in Chrome and Edge, the button opened up my default mail application.

    If your "send email" buttons are still not working, we'd like to investigate this further.  You can open a case with us here.  We'll review your issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
