Rise Continue Buttons Disappearing
Hi everyone,
Our team is running into an issue with Rise courses in our LMS (Moodle). When a learner clicks the browser’s back button, the Continue buttons inside the Rise course disappear. The only workaround we’ve found so far is to delete the learner’s attempt, which forces them to restart the course from the beginning.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, have you found a solution or workaround that doesn’t require resetting their progress? Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear that Rise 360 Continue Blocks are disappearing in Moodle LMS!
Does this issue only occur when the course is playing back within the LMS environment? Or do you see this when previewing your course in Rise 360 as well? I ask because we're tracking a bug which causes behavior similar to what you've shared.
If you haven't already, I suggested testing the published output in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud. This can help pinpoint if the issue is LMS-specific or not.

Yes, I have the same issue using Reach 360. It would seem to be hard-wired into Rise 360 ... which is a pain and not intuitive for students. Typical question from students ... "Where did the continue button go?". We need to have the option to make it permanent.
Hello skippertraining! Thank you for letting us know the same behavior occurs in Reach 360! I understand that you'd like the Continue button to remain even if the learner has already interacted with it. Is that correct?
If so, I'm happy to pass this along to our Product Team as a feature request so that they can keep track of the impact!
