Rise Slow to Respond and Unresponsive

My team and I have noticed that Rise is slow to respond and then becomes unresponsive. We have tried all the steps you have sent previously (clearing cache, restarting, etc.). Is there anythin...
This has been going on all week, I have had at least a half dozen times where it will crash completely either Rise360 or Review360. Beyond that like Jenn mentioned it offend spins without doing anything or has the "Page Unresponsive" notices which I am receiving dozens of per day at this point.
