Saving a Rise file
When we create Articulate projects we typically save the raw file in our local files along with the SCORM package. I don't seem to be able to do that with my Rise project. Is it possible to save it to, say, SharePoint, as a raw file?

Hi Kelly,
As Rise is a web cloud-based app, there is no raw source file for you to download.

Okay, that makes sense, thanks!

Hi Kelly, we get around this by ensuring we have at least one co-worker added as a collaborator to access the content as well. If someone leaves the organisation - their RISE files can be allocated to another person

Ok, thanks!

And what if a CLIENT requests access to raw files - can we transfer it to them if they have Articulate 360/Rise account?

Hi,
Yes, if your client has an active Articulate 360 account, you can transfer the Rise course to them.
