So sorry to hear you've run into these setbacks while authoring in Storyline. I understand how frustrating that can be!
If you've already confirmed you are working with locally-stored files, it's possible certain media may be causing some form of file corruption. Not to worry! We'd be happy to troubleshoot the project, and determine the cause of this behavior.
