SCORM issues in Blackboard (Summer 2021)

Is anyone else experiencing errors with SCORM-based packages hanging or failing to load in Blackboard currently? I am fairly certain that this is due to a batch of new users with unfriendly IT setups, but I thought I'd ask for due diligence before blaming it on the users with a client.
