Help Please! Yesterday I was using the Screen Recording with not issues, and today when I record screen, SL slides are black. (See attachment)
I use a laptop with 2 monitors...all of them are at 100% Scale and Layout, and 1920 x 1080 Display resolution. (see attachment)
Screen capture is 1270 x 725 matching the Story size
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ana,
Since your Storyline 360 installation was working as recently as yesterday, I'd recommend doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps. You'll also want to be make sure that you're working locally when making your screen recordings to prevent any unexpected behavior with your Storyline projects.

My apologies Joe for not getting back to you! I thought I did. I was able to resolve this issue by changing my computer settings and re starting my computer ;)
