Hello daodn! This sounds like an interesting setup! I'm not sure what kind of database you're creating, but I assume that you could add tags to each course or topic in the database so they match common search results. I'm not sure how robust the database is for searching within the courses, but that feels like something you could configure within the database itself.
Hello Lauren -- thank you for your reply. The Search function in the courses are helpful. I'll look into adding tags to each topic and see if I can make the search more robust for our end users. I just created a "course", listing all our help articles for a specific application, each within its own lesson. Thanks again for your reply, Lauren.
