Sept 26 - technical issues
I am trying to publish a course that I previously worked on but I receive the attached message or the application freezes.
- Storyline opens just fine
- When I select the module I want to work with, it quickly opens
- When I select FILE > Publish (or sometimes just FILE), the application freezes. (see attached image)
I have removed and reloaded the software and that does not help. Two coworkers at the same location are NOT experiencing these problems. Can anyone provide some possible clues on what I need to do?

Hi DwayneDush are you working in the same environment as your co-workers? If working from a network drive, try copying the file to your local drive and publishing from there.

I just wanted to follow up after Sam helped you in this discussion. Did you have luck publishing your course without Storyline 360 freezing?
I'm also curious to know what environment you're working and saving in. Feel free to share if you're still having trouble.
- As Sam mentioned, we do recommend saving and publishing Storyline projects on your local hard drive.
