Sept 26 - technical issues

I am trying to publish a course that I previously worked on but I receive the attached message or the application freezes.  

  • Storyline opens just fine
  • When I select the module I want to work with, it quickly opens
  • When I select FILE > Publish (or sometimes just FILE), the application freezes. (see attached image)

I have removed and reloaded the software and that does not help.  Two coworkers at the same location are NOT experiencing these problems.  Can anyone provide some possible clues on what I need to do?
