SL360 Find Font
360's REPLACE font is very useful. Where is the FIND font to go with it?

+1 for a 'Find Font' feature. I have a similar situation to Matt. So frustrating!
Thanks for popping in to help Leah here, Kevin.
I wanted to let you know that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

Thanks Leslie,
I left the signature in on purpose. :) I suppose I could have deleted it (as here), so that I'm not inundated.
No worries, Kevin. As long as you're aware :)

I deleted the original message with my signature - still hoping for the ability to find instances of specific fonts and/or be able to jump to locations of missing fonts.
In a course with hundreds of screens, it turned out that someone had used a couple of text characters (? and !) from a non-standard font as icons on a slide. It took forever to track down and replace. Because they were using the text as icons, my attempt to find them by using a wild font and a bright colour didn't work -- there were no words, just the question and exclamation marks.
In the end, I didn't replace the font, I used graphical icons to replace the text. The ability to locate fonts would have saved me several hours in this case.

In my course, when I go to replace fonts, I see the SYMBOL font listed and I want to remove it to test if it is causing a problem. I have tried replacing it several times, (using the search and replace fonts) but it still shows on the list as available to replace. When I do the same thing with another font listed, it replaces it and is no longer available in the replace drop down list. How can I troubleshoot this? The find fonts would be very helpful in this case.

Hi Cristiana!
I'm sorry you're hitting this snag, and I'm happy to help! I wasn't able to recreate this in my test, but here are my thoughts:
- What font are you using? Do you have that font in any feedback masters, slide masters, another slide, or layers? If so, it'll still appear in the replace fonts drop-down.
If you're comfortable sharing your file, I'd be happy to take a look! Just use the add attachment link to upload it. Keep me posted; I'm staying tuned for your response!

Thanks for the details. It's the Symbol font. I looked for it in the masters and didn't see it. I also tried the replace fonts from inside the masters with the same results.

Hello again, Cristiana!
I'd be happy to look at your file, but I'll need the .story file to do that. You should be able to find it in your "My Articulate Projects" folder!
I'll stay tuned!

Hi Becca,
The issue is happening in Presenter, so there is no .story file. I uploaded the Presenter package. Are you still able to help?

Hey Cristiana,
Thank you for clarifying that, and absolutely I can still help! You should have received an email from me just now confirming that I've created a support case on your behalf. Stay tuned, and someone from my team will reach out with the next step!

+1 for me as well. A little late to the party but I have three offending fonts in my project and I hesitate to go ahead and change them, since I don't know where they are. Has there been any movement on this issue?

+1 vote for a "Find Only" feature. Thanks!

This looks like it has been requested 4 years ago.
I'm facing this issue now.
Has there been any traction on the above requests?
+1 vote for this feature too

+1 for the find (only) feature. I have a course with many branches and layers, and it's proving difficult to find the font I'd like to replace so I can check the formatting after replacing the font.
