slides not previewing

Hello, Several of my files will not allow me to preview (Including the one I really need to work in.) We have tried multiple uninstall and reinstalls. I have 5 versions of the same training and three of them won't allow me to preview. They are all on my local drive and the only differentiation I can make is that the files with a glossary and resource links are the ones that will not load. I have tried importing new slides, but what I really need is the version I already created the glossary and resource list for. Could they be the problem? Is there a way to import them into a working file as they do not automatically come over when I tried to import the slides from that file. I had submitted the case for support twice last week, but have heard nothing back. Do you have any suggestions for me?  Here are the 2 errors I get when I do an "inspect" from the preview page.

Uncaught SyntaxError: Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 184685 (line 1 column 184686) at JSON.parse (<anonymous>) at window.globalProvideData (frame.desktop.min.js:2:359951) at frame.js:1:8

  • Hi Stacey!

Sorry to hear you've run into this issue!

Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. I didn't see a support case associated with your Articulate ID, so I created one on your behalf! You should have received an e-mail with a link to upload one of the .story files that's giving you trouble.

You're in great hands troubleshooting with our support engineers, and we can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

      Hi Stacey!

      You're welcome!

Thanks for sharing your file. I see that you've connected with my teammate, Luiza. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with her! Have a great rest of your week!
