Splitting up Bullet Points of a text box to different entries on the timeline (so that I can get them in sync with audio)

Hi All,

I'm working on a project again after a very long break and it looks there is something I forgot and I just can't remember how I did it...

I'd like to split up the bullet points of a text box into separate entries on the timeline so that I can sync each bullet point with the audio text. I have already done that on some text boxes, but I just can't find the way how to do this on the remaining text boxes. Of course I could just copy the text box and write the text again but I'm sure there's an easier way to get what I want...?
