Storyline - Unable to submit pick one on second attempt when published to review 360

Can anyone help with this?

I have 5 slides all as pick one, basically a multiple choice question quiz. There are 5 slides with a results slide. Everything is working in Storyline, but when I publish it to review 360. It doesn't work the same. i.e. if you fail to get the required result (80%), when you try again, the buttons states are not changing to selected, so you cant submit your answer, whereas in Storyline preview they are, even on the 2nd attempt.

I have all slides and layers set to reset to initial state on revisit, and like I say, it works in preview, but not when published to review 360. I have published new versions multiple times to be sure. In review 360 it works fine if you pass, but if you require a second attempt that's when the states are not changing to selected.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In order to see the 'Try Again' layer when an answer is incorrect, you need to allow more attempts. Currently, the number of attempts for this interaction is set to 1.

Hi Kelly! Thanks so much for responding! I see the problem Martin referred to in your link, but I don't see the solution. I can't see any comments on it for some reason, so I'm still stumped on my project. My problem is with the "Type What You Hear" slides (7, 12, and 13). I used the FreeForm Quiz "Pick One" design for these slides. The issue is that when the user's typed response is wrong, it doesn't let them try again. And I would like for them to be able to try again. Here is my project:

    • Hi pc10044! I see the exact behavior you described in the course. This seems like an issue within the order of the triggers. Can you share the .story file with us so we can test the setup? You can share it in this discussion or privately in a support case.
