I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this trouble, SG. We're happy to help troubleshoot!

The first step would be to troubleshoot the courses in a different LMS environment to see if things behave as expected. Here's how to test in SCORM Cloud. 

If things work as expected, I'd recommend letting your LMS admin know so they can continue troubleshooting. If you see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, reach out to us directly here to dig in further with you.
