I havent been through this as it is a bu=it confusing.
I suspect your issue is that you are reusing variables and not resetting them, for example on 1.53 you have Total_ValueCalculated the trigger to move on is if that changes. But you also use that variable on 1.21 and I cannot see anywhere that you reset the value when or before you arrive on 1.53
